Aggie is the AI receptionist and dispatcher inside Apex Pest Software. She picks up on the first ring, quotes only your prices, books a day and a window, writes the pesticide record, and remembers every customer — while you're on a ladder.
Everything the person at the desk does — from your own price list, in your own words, with a record behind every promise.
New caller or old customer, she knows which. Takes the message, quotes from your price list, books the visit, flags you when it's really for you.
Confirmations, reschedules, "are you still coming?", "we're all set for the year" — handled, and written into the job, not just answered.
Morning or afternoon, four jobs a window, no double-booking, the route for your tech built from the addresses.
Product, EPA number, rate, target pest, site, applicator — on the job itself, printed in your state's format for the inspector.
Customers and job history from GorillaDesk, Jobber, PestPac, FieldRoutes, Briostack, ServiceTitan or a spreadsheet. Re-run safe; nothing doubles.
If she says "you're on for Tuesday," the job exists. If it couldn't be written, she asks the honest question instead. You get one line when something needs you.
The schedule — day + window, confirmations, route, the key
The inbox — every call, text and e-mail, with Aggie beside itOne call with us, thirty minutes, screen shared. You talk; we type.
Company, owner, service area, hours and windows, what you sell and for how much, what you refuse. In your words — that's what she quotes.
Two files from your old system: customers and jobs. Anything we couldn't read, we show you. Nothing is guessed.
She starts in watch mode: you see what she would have said to every call and text before she says it. Flip her live when it reads right.
"I built this because I spent my whole day in my inbox and my phone, and the ladder doesn't wait. Aggie has run my own company's phones since the day she was ready."Chris Stewart — owner, Apex Pest Solutions, Milton, Vermont
No monthly fee. No per-seat, per-truck or per-call charges. We only make money when you do.
That's it. A $10,000 month costs $350; a slow month costs less. First 14 days free.
Sales = what the app collected for you that month. Billed on the 1st for the month before, to the card on file (Square's form; your card number never touches our server). No monthly fee, no seats, no contract. If the trial ends with no card, nothing is deleted — Aggie keeps answering and booking, outbound texts and e-mails wait until a card is added.
Yes. We move your business line to her (or set up a new one and forward). Your customers see the same number they always have.
That she doesn't know, and that you'll quote it. She only ever quotes what's in your price list. She never invents a price, a service or an appointment.
Every call is recorded and transcribed into the customer's file. Every text and e-mail is there too. One search finds anything.
You change one line in your Canon — the plain-English document she quotes — and she handles it that way from the next call. No developer.
Yes. Everything exports as CSV any time. If you leave, you leave with all of it.
On the invoices the app sends and collects for you each month — the same number you see on your own sales report. Nothing else is counted; nothing is billed in advance.
On the setup page: type your area code, you have a local number, and calls ring your cell from that minute. Texting needs carrier registration (A2P 10DLC): you fill in one form, the software files it, shows you where it stands, and opens texting the day it clears. Until then, texts she would have sent are saved as drafts in the customer's thread, never lost.
Nothing is deleted. If a trial ends with no card on file, outbound texts and e-mails are held and the app says so in one line; calls still answer, bookings still land. Add a card and it all sends again. Leave for good and you leave with every record as CSV.
Settings → Bank → Sale P&L: a buyer-ready profit & loss built from your bank feed — trailing twelve months, seller's discretionary earnings with your add-backs, recurring revenue, the customer book — printed clean or as a PDF. A buyer inherits whatever shape the book is in; this keeps it clean.
Built in Vermont, expanding to Florida first. Pesticide records print in your state's required format.
